Instructions on withdrawal (services/digital content)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Byteman UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Platzl 1a, 80331 Munich, Germany, email: contact@urlify.eu) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportional to the services provided until you communicated your withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided we began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. As this is an ongoing subscription, the service is generally not fully performed within the withdrawal period.

Note on starting performance during the period

During checkout we obtain the required consent to start performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement of potential pro‑rata compensation, and we record these.
